Baxter enjoys his graduates

Baxter padded into the Basil Sellars Theatre in 2026 with a backpack full of chew toys, a dog translation collar, and his curiosity.
He learned to read by following scent trails of ink and understanding lectures through tone and tail wags, converting his doggy understanding into human language.
Late nights were spent studying beside patient classmates who scratched his ears during revision. Lunch breaks were for walks around the lake and sniffing under trees.
On graduation day, Baxter crossed the stage to roaring applause and a very loud bark of pride.
He left uni the first dog with a degree, proving good boys can also be great scholars.
